David N. Jonas, Chairman and CEO

David N. Jonas is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of PharMEDium Healthcare Corporation. Prior to founding PharMEDium, Mr. Jonas had over 25 years of management experience in healthcare products and services. Most recently, Mr. Jonas was a co-founder and COO of Renal Therapy Services Worldwide, Inc., a global leader in providing clinical services to ESRD patients. Mr. Jonas’ executive experience in the healthcare industry includes numerous management positions with Baxter International, Inc. in such areas as General Management, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution of I.V. solutions and other critical care products, and Corporate Development. Mr. Jonas served on the boards of several privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Jonas holds a B.S. and an MBA degree from Roosevelt University.

Rich Kruzynski, President, PharMEDium Services LLC

Mr. Kruzynski has over 20 years experience in the health care industry: He has held numerous positions with Baxter in the intravenous product and service division. He founded COMPASS, in the early 1990s, and previously participated in leading business development of Baxter's premixed drug products program. He has extensive knowledge of sales, marketing, pharmacy operations and customer requirements in that area, as well as, industry quality and regulatory parameters. He developed many of the approaches for the pharmaceutical and medical device partners. A licensed pharmacist, Mr. Kruzynski is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, and later earned his MBA from the University of Chicago. He was honored as the distinguished Alumni of the Year by the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.

Jim McMahon, CFO, PharMEDium Healthcare Corporation

Mr. McMahon has over 25 years of progressively responsible financial management with a number of international, public and private companies. His most recent position was as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of DocuSystems Inc., a privately-held company that manufactured extruded magnetic stripe documents for ticketing and passes in the transportation industry. He has extensive background and experience both in establishing early stage private companies and in operating mature companies. He has a BA in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
