Jenn Adams // President

Jenn Adams

President

Jenn Adams assumed the role of President of PharMEDium in December 2015.  She oversees all facets of the business including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, business development and clinical affairs.  Previously, Jenn was responsible for leading the PharMEDium Sales organization, which included directing National Accounts, Inside and Outside Sales organizations. Under Jenn’s leadership, the PharMEDium Sales Force developed into one of the most trusted partners to its customers, further establishing PharMEDium as a prominent market leader in the outsourced pharmacy services industry.

Jenn has over 25 years of sales, marketing, training and product experience, including senior management positions at Baxter Healthcare Corporation for the Transfusion Therapies Division, Medication Delivery and Electronic Infusion Systems Divisions. Before joining PharMEDium, Jenn led the Sales team at Fenwal, which sold products that made life-saving blood therapies available to medical professionals who rely on them.   Throughout her career, Jenn has taken pride in providing consistent leadership and commitment to her team and her customers.

Jenn earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Tom Cosentino // Vice President, Strategy

Vice President, Strategy

Mr. Cosentino is responsible for manufacturing operations to help achieve corporate quality, service, and cost objectives; supply chain development; process engineering to help ensure service quality and safety; and facility engineering.  Under Mr. Cosentino’s leadership, PharMEDium’s Field Operations and Supply Chain help assure just-in-time availability of customers’ required outsourced compounded services.

Prior to joining PharMEDium, Mr. Cosentino held senior manufacturing and supply chain management positions, which favorably impacted the goals and objectives of the Medical Products and Services Divisions of Cardinal Health, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Culligan International.

Matt Distel // Vice President of Finance

Vice President of Finance

Matt Distel leads PharMEDium’s finance organization.  Matt joined PharMEDium in 2013 as the organization’s Controller.  He was promoted to VP of Finance in April 2016 and is responsible for the financial planning and analysis, accounting, receivable and payables teams as well as the internal control environment under Sarbanes-Oxley.  Prior to joining PharMEDium, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Underwriters Laboratories LLC and Ernst & Young LLP.

Matt earned a Masters of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Leigh Briscoe-Dwyer // Pharm.D., R.Ph., BCPS, FASHP, Vice President of Clinical Affairs

Leigh Briscoe-Dwyer is responsible for offering consultation and recommending policy and strategic direction to the PharMEDium Lead Team and to AmerisourceBergen senior management. She has external responsibility as a liaison to the industry and representative of the company to the pharmacy community, customers, federal and state regulators and legislators, and provides leadership in all aspects of medical affairs, with emphasis on clinical care.

Leigh was previously at North Shore-LIJ Health System, where she was the Chief Pharmacy and Medication Safety Officer, and currently serves on the New York State Board of Pharmacy.  Her prior experience encompasses work at Bassett Healthcare, Pfizer, and the University Hospital at Stony Brook, among others. Leigh is a registered Pharmacist, and holds degrees from Albany College of Pharmacy and St. John’s University—both in New York.  She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist, and serves on the faculties of Hofstra North Shore-LIJ School of Medicine, St. John’s University College of Pharmacy, and the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  Additionally, she is a past-President of the New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacists and is a Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Andrew Harrison // Vice President of Legal & Compliance

Andrew Harrison is the chief legal officer for PharMEDium and serves both the PharMEDium Lead Team as well as AmerisourceBergen Corporation Executive Team by providing legal advice on complex state/federal regulatory matters, commercial contracts, intellectual property, licensing, and litigation as well as all other legal issues that may impact the business. He has concurrent responsibility for effectively identifying and managing overall legal and compliance risks at PharMEDium corporate and compounding facility locations.

Andrew has previously served as Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer & General Counsel for Regulatory Compliance Associates, Inc. and prior to that, as Executive Vice President, Global Quality & Compliance at GE Healthcare. He brings additional senior leadership experience from his preceding roles at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Catalent Pharma Solutions, LLC, among others. Andrew is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School (J.D., 2006) in Chicago, Illinois.  He was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State of Illinois (2006). Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from East Tennessee State University (B.S., 1999) and expects to complete his graduate coursework in Regulatory Science (M.S.) from The Johns Hopkins University, Krieger School of Arts & Sciences in the fall of 2016.

Mike Lapp // Vice President of Sales – West

Mike Lapp co-leads the PharMEDium sales organization overseeing the Western half of the United States.  Mike has been with the company since 2003, assuming roles of increasing responsibility within the Sales organization at PharMEDium during his tenure.

Both customers and peers alike respect Mike for his in-depth knowledge of the outsourced compounding industry.   Mike has been instrumental in assisting customers to understand the benefits PharMEDium offers around regulatory compliance and patient safety initiatives.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Iowa State University.

Brad Leach // Vice President of Sales – East

Brad Leach co-leads the PharMEDium sales organization overseeing the Eastern half of the United States along with the OR and ICU Specialists teams.  Brad has been with the company since 2003, and has assumed roles of increasing responsibility within the sales organization during his tenure.

Brad has over 20 years of sales experience in the pharmacy outsourced compounding industry, and has been instrumental in helping to establish PharMEDium as a trusted partner to its customers.  Prior to joining PharMEDium, Brad held sales positions within Medication Delivery at Baxter Healthcare Corporation.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from University of South Florida.

Jeff Nordquist // Vice President of Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service

Jeff Nordquist

Vice President of Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service

Jeff Nordquist leads the marketing, business development, and customer service teams and is responsible for the development, sell-through, and performance of all product platforms and commercial programs including strategy, creative development, content, and project leadership.  Jeff’s focus is developing PharMEDium as an industry and thought leader – championing brand and product preference with key stakeholders.

Prior to joining PharMEDium, Jeff was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Corpak MedSystems where he was responsible for leading all upstream and downstream marketing including vision, strategy, and execution for Corpak’s global product franchises. Preceding Corpak, Jeff was the Vice President of Pharmacy Marketing at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and served in several commercial leadership roles across pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Jeff earned an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Teri Lonergan // Vice President of IT & Relationship Management

Teri Lonergan

Vice President of IT and Relationship Management

The newest member of the PharMEDium Lead Team is Teri Lonergan. As the Vice President of IT and Relationship Management, Teri leads the IT team and acts as the liaison between PharMEDium and AmerisourceBergen’s Enterprise IT organization. She is responsible for understanding our business; assisting in the prioritization of projects; ensuring projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment; and managing, directing and supporting the overall business strategy. She will also be responsible for all services and supporting products of AmerisourceBergen Enterprise IT.

Teri was most recently the VP-CIO of HealthFitness Corporation (a Trustmark company), where she was responsible for the strategy, investment, executive-level relationships, and resources necessary to drive technology and support for the business.
